Wendy, it's the Gata Hurdes one, I think I posted that when you asked. It's VERY green. Also, the Mexican New Harvest I just bought (also a bit darkish, but brighter) says on the label that it's both peppery and buttery, but for me it's the butteriness that comes through. The D.O.P. Gata Hurdes is the one that has some back-of-the-throat peppery sting.
