I don't think that's care, it's a brief intervention.

And mansions is not an apt analogy. We're talking about the kind of
basic right that helps not only those who receive it, but if done
correctly (andd I don't think Obama is, since he's handing over the
definition of care to pharma) improves conditions and finances for
everyone.

One can argue whether health care is a basic human right. If it is, then
at what level? If you're claiming that a homeless person 'deserves' the
same medical care as a millionaire or a member of congress (they have a
pretty good package and seem to exempt themselves whenever something
might hurt), I think I'm going to disagree and in that case, I think my
analogy becomes more relevant.
