Doing better on two meals a day.

Almost immediately, my stomach came down. That had been really bothering
me! It got to where it was like..all pushed out and hard to the touch. I
felt like everywhere I went, my stomach went first. I had to buy larger
pants and soon even they didn't fit!
Stomach is much down now. Not flat and probably never will be. Even when I
was pathetically thin, I had a little spare tire of fat there. Dr. said it
was called apron fat. But my pants are loose again and soon I will probably
kick myself for having wasted money on pants that will be too large.
I haven't really gotten hungry. Stomach has growled a few times. I did eat
a handful of Sahale snacks at what used to be my lunch time. Those are
locally made mixes of nuts and dried fruits. I like the Valdosta. It's
pecans, black pepper, orange peel and cranberries. And yesterday I had a
tiny piece of a potato chip, a tiny Frito and two pieces of popcorn spread
over the afternoon. Had to take Angela to Children's Hospital for tests.
We got there early like they said to do and do to a series of things gone
wrong...as in right hand not knowing what left hand was doing...we had a lot
of time to kill. Which we did in the gift shop and cafeteria.
BG overall has come down. Had one hypo. Morning numbers still too high.
Not sure why that is. They are jumping up like 100-200 points from what
they were when I went to bed the night before. Grrr... But after meals, my
numbers are either in range or pretty close to it.
I feel a LOT better though. Much more energy. Gee, maybe I can start
exercising again! I think that lunch I was eating was just sitting in my
stomach, not being digested very well and that was making me sluggish or
something.
Anyway... So far, so good.
