Wow, first of all you're an inspiration to all Type 1's. Liek all
people with diabetes you have your own specific needs so any cookie
cutter advice won't be very helpful. You should consult with a doctor,
preferably an endo, who could make some specific recommendations and
also refer you to a professionally trained fitness expert who
understands diabetes. Swimming might be a good thing for you, but
that's just a guess.
