Well, Quentin, I opted for the lay language version with the provided citations for those able to use them. My bad, I guess.
I've also provided other citations, mostly ignored by you and others for years now, and recently.
There is zero evidence for saturated fat as anything but healthful, when its presence isn't accompanied by other hormonally deranging macronutrients. I've looked for it, I couldn't believe it didn't exist, but it doesn't.
So I, too, offer you my vehement disagreement that vegetable protein is beneficial or as useful for health maintenance or that saturated fat should be replaced with other fats.
I think the source of the fat is a far more fruitful direction to look, hence the Swiss paradox along with the fact that even Atkins dieters eating feedlot meats and dairy have far better lipid and glucose profiles than lower sat fat, higher carb eaters.
