It obvious you do not want to have a serious a discussion Nicky.
It the folks would have gotten better right away, you would have
hailed this study as a triumpt. It it fails you just say it wasn't
long enough, even though it was for 4 weeks and there were no signs
that things were abating.

You set the discussion up so that only your side can win despite what
the evidence says. Thats not reasonable.

Remember - the other folks were also on a low carb diet (35% C, 35%
fat) and they did not have problems. Only the ones on the higher sat
fat lower carbs had the issue. AND I don't think sat fats had anything
to do with the results.

challenged and post your information. The more open minded will read
what you have to say and get something from it.
