I don't live near any military facilities either. But I still find
VA Hospitals and VA Clinics nonetheless. I am lucky, as I live in
the middle of nowhere and there is still a VA hospital 20 miles
away.
Are you a veteran? or do they let just anybody carry such things
into the hospital?
I thought of that too. Here some of the pharmacies that do take back
sharps will only take them back from customers.
Knowing how military pharmacies work, I should think they would ask
to see an I.D. card right off the bat.
Well the VA pharmacy here does ask for an ID. Although it is the blood
lab that takes the sharps.
