too carby for me. So now I simply say "I can't eat starchy

did you get that? I want one of those!"
Yeah. I ask for a salad - and then prepare to defend it : ) For some
reason the caterers seem to think that it's an inferior option to a
cooked meal, so I often get luxury protein - I HATE having to eat,
say, prime prawns when everyone else has dried-up lasagne :D
