Hmmmm... Good question/point, Ozgirl. Could have been a liver dump --
I have suspected that phenomenon several times, especially as related
to exercise. (I did not do a pre-lunch bg reading.) Hadn't thought
of that here, but could be.
In any event, tips on spotting and avoiding sugar-laden soda are very
useful!
