Possibly I am doing something wrong
BUT, it is important to go to the source, not just a reference because
1) References often come from press releases, which are often inaccurate, and misrepresent the study
2) Relative size and other study details may be questionable, I once found a widely quoted :study: was on a sample size of 3 !!! totally worthless
3) Is the study anomalous> It is not unusual to get results in one study which can not be duplicated
4) Is it a study? People tend to quote things find in a journal which may not be legit sources, but a letter from someone quoting a study he once saw, which he misremembered the details, or even got them totally backwards.
Until we can check out the details, beware of quoting this,
Eggs are a particularly sore spot with me, as we have seen information for the last 50 years saying that eggs are bad for your heard, when, if you actually look up the details of studies, study after study showed that eggs were NOT bad for your heart, neither was shrimp, or anything with cholesterol in it.
BUT, we still see those idiot labels "cholesterol free" and many physicians STILL haven
t got the word that, since LONG before they got there MD - we knew that dietary cholesterol was NOT bad for you. SERUN cholesterol is, and they are not correlated
