Keep the positive vibes going and you'll beat this thing again.
I remeber from the 70's a kid who after seeing the game asteroids pictured
his body blasting away at rogue cells in his body and it worked!
the dr's were baffled..he was on either thats incredible or real people..one
of those 70's shows.
So visulization and a good attitude win the day!

G'day G'day Folks,
Today I contacted the nurse who has the dedicated role of
administering the chemo for the non-Hodgkin's lymphoma that has put in
a reappearance, What I learnt is they hadn't expected the first dose
of chemo to be effective since I've had chemo before. They are
expecting the second or third dose to get on top of it.
It is something I figured out for myself though considered myself
optimistic to have taken this point of view. Wish they had made it
clearer to me that this was going to happen.
So there it is. I must put up with the pain in my ankles and groin
and with the swollen feet for at least another ten days and maybe much
longer.
I've been through worse and made it through. It is one of the virtues
of having been through something horrible. Believe me weeks in
isolation following melphalan treatment was horrible. Somewhat
horrible things don't seem nearly so scary any more.
Of relevance to some T2 diabetics is a related item I came across in
my readings. Apparently people who have memory of having found
weightloss easy in the past are considerably more successful in losing
weight. The amazing part is it doesn't matter if the memory of
previous success is a false memory.
Thank you all those who have sent me best wishes.
I will need them all. It's a rough haul but one I'll survive.
Best wishes,
