Morning lows

I was in Scotland, helping with a Sun Moon Dance and other stuff,
camping. None of this is strange to me. Every morning for the whole
12 days I woke with a low bg reading - varying from LO (below 1.1
according to my meter book) to 2.5 (20 to 45 for you overtheponders) I
know this is hypo, but I wasn't - that is, I got up OK, had breakfast,
and functioned well. I was with a nurse and got her to look out for
me, but she was OK with what I was doing... Dangerous? I am hypo-
aware, not on insulin, and had no problems at other times of day, and
my diet doesn't vary much. I was working hard from day 5 on, but on
1-4 I was idling a bit....
As soon as I got back I was back to my usual 4.5 to 5 in the morning
80 to 90...)
And I'm not taking any of this to my doctor, so save that suggestion,
please....
Also, any input on fasting and diabetes?
HH
Oh, hello again all, as you can see I've been gallivanting...
