Probably true.
He tells me each year you lose 5% more so somewhere along the
line you need outside help to prop you up.
Depends what diet he's given you, on the Standard Diet I'd not be
surprised by even more than that, but many if not most people here
have *improved* their symptoms and their numbers considerably.
Any advance on Roger Zoul's 20 years?
