So, because you are underweight you are being put on a lower carb,
lower calorie diet? What kinda sense does that make? Not that the
diet she has given you is low carb anyway but it seems extremely odd
to give a lower calorie diet to someone who doesn't need to lose
weight. You are just feeding your insulin at the moment. Should be
the other way round.

Believe me, I am not underweight at all. I need to loose at least 30
more pounds. If I can loose two pounds per week I will be very happy.
Right now I just don't want to gain any that I lost back.
