All my doctors have seen that it can be done. But I haven't done it with
low carb so I don't know how much help I can be in this winning-over game.

As your point proves, bj, there is more than one way to approach this
thing--and because of that it is imperative that diabetics be given as many
tools as possible to mix & match so BG control can be achieved.
