have you tested cherries? I alwasy thought that they were a no-no until
the last year or so, but I find, after testing, that I can manage quite a
happy serving, 6-7 for a snack adn occsionally upt to 12-13 for a dessert
with a lowc carb meal. I really enjoy them too!

Unfortunately--yes I've tested. I tried 10 (nice round number ;-) with a
meal and ended up in the 150's. That said, I could probably eat a few and
be all right, but haven't tried a lower amount yet.
