I just remembered apart from the stir fry, wrap chicken breasts in
streaky bacon, put in oven on high heat until the bacon starts to
crisp and brown, then turn them down to finish.

Serve with assorted vegetables particularly including runner beans,
purple sprouting broccoli or asparagus depending on season
