Why 60 instead of the more usually seen "normal" low end of 70?

Because I feel better when it is lower rather than higher but not so
low that I go really low. What leaves you feeling "good" is better
than what leaves you feeling "bad." I do say that 60 may not be
appropriate for everybody but as Hunter used to say, "Works for me."
