Yes, if I did have someone coming in, it would be the same person, and
it wouldn't be a maid service, but for now...I'm it. At least I'm able
to determine my salary and my hours. ;-)
I don't want to have to deal with the tax & liability issues.
So I go with companies with licenses, insurance, workers comp, etc. that
take care of all those things.
No matter how good a particular person (cleaner, handyman, remodeler,
painter, whatever) may be.
