BTW - this is my breakfast every morning - I'm a creature of

Well, the carb content there is the bread, the jam, the milk and the
sugar - what, about 20g's worth?? You're not actually spiking to silly
numbers on that. My carb limit's around 6g in the morning, so you may
still have relatively normal insulin resistance in the am. Are you
taking a metformin with that lot? If not, it might be worth trying, or
trying upping the dose if you are. Otherwise, try modifying one of
those elements at a time - either the milk or the bread is going to be
the biggest carb hit; could you cope with having coffee with cream
instead of the cappuccino? Or finding a lower carb bread to spread
your almond butter & jam on? (I assume that's a thin smear?)
BBQd spare ribs - 6 ribs
Thai noodles with vegetables - about 2 cups
Noodles - fast carbs. Less noodles, more veggies, more fat to slow it
all down? A noodle substitute?
