It probably will be too high for me in the mornings too. Mornings are
not my best time. I'm still learning, so your "eeek" was important
for me to see. It makes me see there is a red flag that I need to pay
attention to. Of course, what works for me might not work for you and
vice versa.
Taking down the carb level is very difficult for me, but I'm doing
it. This is not a diet. This is life.
Of course we are all different (plus we have differing exercise regimens,
degree of insulin resistance and meds etc) but bottom line is that it is
carbs that raise bg's and there is often not a big difference in carb amount
tolerances between one type 2 and another.
