Decided to stop taking anything that doesn't
come from the health food store. Not that
big a leap, in that it only involves cutting out
my 500mg of Metformin every day.

My doctor actually suggested it almost a
year ago. I've been chicken :-) I've been
pretty good about staying physically
active but this should help me stay
motivated to keep it up.

My fasting numbers have been 97 to 105
and a1c has been 5.7. I'll let y'all know
how it goes.
