Where can one get fully fermented yogurt?
One can either make it at home, or do what I do; buy the absolute oldest container of Stonyfield's Whole Milk Plain and keep it for weeks or months before opening. Even fresh dated, it's low carb, but older, the lactose is completely fermented and converted to lactic acid. The tarter the yogurt, the lower the sugar.

Hmmm...does the stuff never go bad?
Yup, once it's inner foil is unsealed it does.
But sealed up with the inner lid intact, it lasts a very, very long time.
