But unless your ISP is as irresponsible as his,
that would get _you_ banned for spamming.

I am still unclear on the groups. I found this one through Google
groups.

Newsgroups have been around longer than the internet, but are
now reached mostly through the internet. Google Groups has
created Google Groups with matching names for many of them,
and connected these Google Groups to the matching newsgroups.
There are also a number of Google Groups that aren't
available as newsgroups, though.

If you'd rather reach newsgroups through Google Groups,
try these also:

http://groups.google.com/group/misc.health.diabetes/topics

http://groups.google.com/group/alt.food.diabetic/topics

http://groups.google.com/group/alt.support.diabetes.uk/topics

If you'd rather reach them through a newsreader program, tell
us which newsreader program and which newsgroups
provider you want to use. The main newsreader programs
provides by Microsoft to use under Windows are Outlook
Express, Windows Mail, and Windows Live Mail. Let us
know which internet provider you are using so we can check
if they are also a newsgroups provider. In case they are not,
let us know if you want a free text-only newsgroups provider
or a paid newsgroups provider that also lets you use binaries
newsgroups (such as those that contain pictures).

Many newsreader programs let you block out all the messages
from many of the people who post messages here you don't
want to read, which is one reason many people want to use
them instead of Google Groups.
