I just wish I had remembered to ask him about the timing of the Lantus.
9:30 is really a bad time for me. That's Angela's bedtime. 11:00 worked
much better for me. I always have my snack then and would have remembered
to do it.
Did he set 9:30 for some particular reason?
Is it supposed to be in relation to something-or-other in your daily
routine, & perhaps he's making false assumptions about what yours is?
Not insulin, but....my mother's doctor told her to take X amount of calcium
supps/day -- without ever asking her how much she might be getting in food,
which happens to be considerable & probably more than most adult American
women do. Perhaps your doctor is assuming something about your night-time
routine, or your bedtime, or when you eat dinner, etc. that just ain't so.
As long as you're sending him bg info, you might as well include a note
asking about 11pm vs 9:30, how/why he said 9:30, & how important is the
*exact* moment.
