G'day G'day Folks,
People here typically are those who make up their minds for
themselves. You can see it with almost any issue whether it is
directly related to diabetes, diet, politics or the tragedies that
face the world. People here largely make up their own minds and are
strongly resistant to change.
Today I received an email advertising Californian almonds which I
happen to have a staple in my diet having figured their many benefits.
It got me thinking whether subscribing to advertising via a quarterly
news letter such as they provide could help people keep their diets
straight.

Does anyone subscribe to a nutritional news letter to keep up to date?
Best wishes,
Not exactly nutritional newsletters, but I do have these two
blogs on my "home page" which discuss nutrition, directly or
indirectly:

I also get feeds from several diabetes bloggers.
