The 13 y/o is no problem for me, it's her mother remembering those days, and getting used to them with Christen; I'm the grandmother she confides in, uses my laptop, texts to ask "How much do you love me Mammaw?

"How much do I need to love you?"

"Enough to use your card (debit, I don't do credit) to get me a pair of shorts to wear to a birthday party tonight."

(This was late, late in the day)

I receive a text saying, "lol J C Penney"

Incoming text message from Mom-Debbie.

I quickly get a "Yes, yes text off to Christen and quit playing with her *before* I answer Debbie's so I don't know what she is going to say, but *might* do. *s*
(I owe Christen money from the botched shopping trip Easter Sunday, and don't want Debbie to botch it this time ;)"

Debbie's says, "Christen says never mind"

It is now 6:40, party is at 7:00. :( No time for new shorts for the party.
