This is the key to any fitness routine. You actually *do* it.
And it really is a fitness routine, don't sell yourself short on that.
Have you taken some basic body measurements (&/or saved a reference garment)
so you can track the changes?
Curves wouldn't suit me, but neither would my routine suit you --
but we're both doing *something* which is a lot more than too many other
people do! (including me, pre-dx)
