G'day G'day Chris,
I'm glad I wrote it while I had the chance. It wasn't originally
written as a book. Rather each chapter was written as an observation
on life as it unfolded around me. Some of it was my way of sharing
with my grief counselor. Whatever. Gradually the idea of it becoming
a book materialized. In posting here I realised so much of what I
found when looking for answers to questions asked here would be lost
for ever so I put it together.
My copy arrived this morning, and
although I've only dipped into it, as Wes Groleau says 'it's very
good'. My best wishes to you, Quentin, and I'm glad to see you posting
here more frequently again.
Thank you. I'm going through a rough patch right now thanks to
doctors meddling with my medication. Four doctors. Four different
prescriptions and I'm not well as a result. Hopefully I'll get
through it as I've gotten through so much in the past.
Another vote of thanks goes to Wes himself, for arranging the
distribution in our part of world.
Absolutely. The difficulties of posting to the US, Canada, UK and
France would have been too much for me. Without Wes it most probably
wouldn't have happened.
Thanks Wes for the time and effort
you put in so that we could share Quentin's magnum opus.
Again, thank you both.
And a special thanks to you. Much appreciated,
Best wishes,
Thanks, Quentin. I think I already said thanks, but one can never say it too
often. Your mental and intestinal fortitude never cease to amaze me. You are
an inspiration to us all. May you get through this bad patch soon and that
the doctors are a help and not a hindrance.
