That 99% stuff is probably designed for baking , rather than eating. It
is really just about unpalatable! With the 85% i can eat 2 sqquares and
it is 4 grams total carbs, with 1.5 grs fiber, so actually a net of 2.5
carb grams!

Glad you have something going with the job, even if it is not perfect and
in an office. Just think how valuable an emplyee yu are for the boss to
find a way to keep you oon in these times of reduced business!

That is a bummer! Are you continuing to waatch your carb intake? If you
let up on that area, it can really put on, not only bgs, but pounds!
ONe thing that helps me is to amek sure to weigh myself every day so I can
tighten up in the carbs deartment or food quantity department if I go up a
pound In this way it doesn't get ahead of me. This has worked fo rme for
20 years. If you are on meds for depression tht doesn't help either.
