I was just reading, and checking up on my blog. As I was checking out the
links, I thought you all might like to see the latest pictures I have of
Jim, Debbie, Ashton, and son Jimbo. I know I like to see faces of people
spoken of, plus the one with Jim gives you a bit of the mood of last weekend
with Ashley and the baby here. I especially like this picture because when
you view the large picture you can see the drop of drool on Ashton's chin.
I'm such a sucker for babies. lol
I know most people do not share openly like I do, but then most people are
not in the same position as I and my family are in, or are like us, well,
mainly me, who join in (and trust) the virtual family. But a virtual,
support group family has seen me through some really, really rough times in
the past ten years, and the odds are of that continuing. In fact, I found a
support group for prostate cancer, and it is very warm, and helpful to me,
as a wife. You all know Jim is not the most talkative in a group setting,
so I just barged right along, seeking whatever it might be that I needed,
having not a clue what it was that I needed. hahaha
Please do check out the new pictures, though, especially the one that has
Jim in it, even if it is just a side view, Precisely Tuesday

Just thought I'd give you a wave, while I was reading through
back-issues of asd I was following your story.
You really are an inspiration (though I bet you'd prefer not to be

Waving back at you Trinkwasser (is that your name, or what?).
Thanks for the kind words, and you are sooo right, but we have to go with the cards we are dealt with. No need trying to buck against them. They'll win every time. It's better to try - and I do emphasize *try* - to keep an upper hand on them, diabetes being one of them.
