I can explain 3. I had a big breakfast, a little too much of everything
and
a one-a-day vitamin that although it has good nutrients, the ingredients
are dextrose, glucose and a few others that they don't disclose in any
measure.


I can't imagine a vitamin pill -- unless it's *awfully big* could have much
in it to raise bg.
