Lorna I have never experienced what you are talking about with the
towel. but I do know that if my fingers arent dry enough, my machine
comes up with err and I know that the strip has gotten wet. I use the
one touch mini.

On a personal note, if I gave thought to everything I do about diabetes,
I wont be Loretta with diabetes, I will be a diabetic defining myself by
the disease. sometimes there is just overkill imo
