The 2PD-OMER Approach is neither a diet nor a gimmick:

May reading the following help you and others understand your
difficulties with the Approach:

I try to be fair to all. I do not see you diet as anything but a
eating method that emphasizes controlled eating.
That is good but not that special. A friend had a severe heart attack
at 38. He followed his cardiologist carefully and live for another
31 years.
The cardiologist used to say he told his nurse " If a patient
is leaving and has a heart attack, turn the patient abound so it looks
like he is coming in".
This was in the early days of heart surgery. When surgery was
recommended for my friend, the old Doc told to go home and live. He
did that and lives over 20 more years.
Mona was left with two small boys when her husband had heart surgery.
and died early. She worked hard and both boys are successful with
college degrees.
Any comments, Dr Chung?
