I just attended an all day Diabetes conference and at one of the
booths,
they had this product:
www.extendbar.com so..I bought 15 of them. I eat one at night just
before bed and lo and behold, for the first time ever, my BG 9 hours
later is 110 to 115. Before this, it was always at least 140 or
higher. On top of that
they are reasonable at about $1 each, very tastey and no, I don't
work for them! Sort of wish I did...;-]

If you want to eat unfood (that's what I believe that is), go right
ahead. But you could get REAL food and get the same reaction.

What is in it:

Soy protein isolate, maltitol syrup, uncooked cornstarch, peanuts,
arabinogalactan (fiber), glycerine, calcium caseinate,
fructooligosaccharides (fiber), partially defatted peanut flour, rice
starch, malt extract (gluten-free), soybean oil, natural flavor, salt,
soy lecithin, sucralose (Splenda).

Regarding "real" food, I have tried everything I know with no results
until I tried this thing. I personally don't care if it is "real" food or
'organic" or whatever fad. If it works, it is easy and cheap, it is fine
with me. Having worked in the science and nuclear industry for 30 years,
I really don't think anything in this bar will bother me. if it does, I
really don't give a rats behind. I wake up with no tiredness and normal
FBS for the first time.
