Dawn phenomenon Solution for me.

I just attended an all day Diabetes conference and at one of the booths,
they had this product:
www.extendbar.com so..I bought 15 of them. I eat one at night just before
bed and lo and behold, for the first time ever, my BG 9 hours later is 110
to 115. Before this, it was always at least 140 or higher. On top of that
they are reasonable at about $1 each, very tastey and no, I don't work for
them! Sort of wish I did...;-]
