I buy a whole fresh mackerel, remove head and tail, gut it, replace
any nutritious roe inside the gutted fish, wrap in tinfoil, and bake
for half an hour. That on it's own is a good tasty breakfast for me,
needs no seasoning or anything else.

Do you prepare it "en papillotte" ?
