Can anyone (Tom?) recommend some online sites with weight training
recommendations. I have dumbell type weights in different sizes. I am
finding that some days it is much harder to get out and cycle, (too
wet!) and would like some good programmes to have a go at. Could do
with more muscle mass too..
Thanks

I would be happy to help you and while the site Susan has given you looks
good even tho I just took a fast look.
I am not sure if you are even ready for that or any site that I know of.
of course first you should have the OK from your doctor and a personal
trainer that sees you in person
is the best choice but I have been working out on and off since about the
age of 12 and have always had a weight bench and free weights handy.
would you mind answering some questions.
Have you ever done exercise? how long has it been? how far do you cycle? how
old are you? are you very over weight?
how many hours a day do you spend sitting down?
These things may not seem important but I feel they are.
in the mean time you can check out this page
