Hey!!! that's my punchline about computer salesmen.
Computer salesmen don't lie. To lie you have to know what the truth
is. Talking gibberish is not lying.
The question which gets the relevant answer is "How do you tell when a
salesboy in the computer department of Harvey Norman is out of his
depth?"
Note to non-Australians: Harvey Norman is a retail chain which claims
to be the largest outlet for computers in the country. I don't shop
there on principle because the majority owner of the business once
said that people over 30 were prohibited from working in computer
sales because they couldn't understand the technology.
