Hi sweetiepies!!
I am chuffed to pieces. For the last 3 days now, I am getting consistely
low bg checks.
The highest I have been was 6.1 (109.8) last night cos I had a small bar
of
70% cocoa heaven, yummy, scrumptious, delightful chocolate! I even
binged
on some red wine last night (I normally stick to 2 small glasses but had
3
large ones - gulp!)
But, fasting bg is hitting around 5.1 (91.8), lunch and dinner (2 hour
check), I'm 5.7 (102.6) at the most.
Now.... here's the main question about these low bg's.
They are not low but rather more normal.
I've upped my
exercise routine what with the new treadmill, I eating much smaller
portions
and keeping away from the naughties that spike me, so is this simply due
to
good control or am I possibly experiencing hypo's without the symptoms?
Due to losing the harmful VAT by eating less.
It's just that suddenly my numbers are much lower than they were since
diagnosis two months ago.
This is what happens when folks eat less.
Cheers!
Blessings :-)

Thank you - yes, there appears to be a correlation between my smaller
portions and lower bg's levels.
