Feeling stupid for eating the wrong foods again.

Hi,
I am home today and can't stay awake. I realize now that I ate the
wrong foods. I am type 2 and my level is about 200 right now and I
feel horrible, like I took a Nyquil. I have been pretty good lately,
but was running some errands and got hungry so I stopped and had some
fastfood and a soda. I haven't had soda in a very long time and
thought that just one wouldn't be a big deal. UGGGGG. Is there a way
to make it come down quickly? I am picking up my kids in a while and
then off for some trick or treating and I don't want to be yawning the
entire time. Help! I truly hate this. I absolutely do. It was one
frickin' time and I am frustrated at my body and myself. I feel like
crying and am really bothered.
