Helen, and that was only 10 minutes ! ! !
imagine what a 30 min treadmill experience would give to you :-)
and as time progresses and you are capable of easily doing the 30 min, you
can then increase the speed of the treadmill to continue to make the
workouts more challenging for you
CONGRATULATIONS! ! !

Hi guys,
On Diana asking me how the treadmill saga was going, I explained that the
replacement has arrived but I had yet to put it together.
Anyway, on the motivation of guilt (!), I spent the last hour (with the
help of my strapping 16 year old son) setting it up. We played loud,
dancy, music and had a boogey around while reading the instructions.
Then, on a test run on the new treadmill, I spent 10 mins on a slow
speed.
I checked my bg after and it was...... wait for it....
5.7 (102.6).
Now THAT, ladies and gentlemen, is the LOWEST I think I have EVER been
since diagnosis!!
Hi Helen ... you have experienced THE MOMENT ... it will inspire and
motivate you for a long time. Good for you !
cheers
Paul
