I too am a Type II diabetic. I use exercise to help lower my BG when
necessary. I exercise at least 30 minutes daily, but if needed I will
add
another 15 or 30 minute session on the tread mill in order to lower my
BG.
For some of us exercise raises BG.
And, of course, not everyone *can* exercise.
True, but most of us can and doing so will almost always lower our BG.
