Whew, this may not be much to most of you but it wore me out LOL.
I just walked on my treadmill all of five minutes at 1.7 mph. I burned 21
calories and the pace was 35. something. I forget the rest :-)
Now if I can manage to do that three times a day will it eventually help?
My ***, legs and feet hurt sitting so much. I can't keep doing this. I
need
some relief from sitting.
I was sitting here thinking about how I can't go on like this and so took
one of my nebulizer breathing treatments and started walking. Now can't
breathe again and legs hurt worse but yet better.
Make sense?
That's what I have been doing once a day for the past week Diana. I'm
trying to establish a new habit of doing it.
miss my walking 7 miles a day 7 days a week. I loved those times. I miss
them alot.
For now be happy with what you have been doing. One day last week I
heard a personal trainer say it is better to increase the incline a
little bit at a time then it is to increase the speed or the time. I
want to become accustomed to walking the five minutes at least four
days per week and then move on to those other goals so as to not
become discouraged.
