How many of you here exercise every day without fail? I used to be able
to,
but now it seems impossible.

Howdy Julie,

if you only count the walking I do, yes every day, at least an hour.
Now some days it's twice a day, 30 mins each time, but on avg, 1 hour
everyday of just walking. Also 2 to 4 days a week, resistance and
cardio.

I know you can't walk much from what you have said, but have you
thought about using one of those pedal exercisers? You can use it for
your arms or your legs, and the resistance can be adjusted, for what
you are able to do that day, if need be. You can sit in any chair or
on the bed to pedal. They come in different styles and price ranges,
so a search on the Internet, can help you find a decent one for your
needs.

I have had a few clients that have been using one of these type
devices for years, due to stroke, back problem or just not being able
to walk much. It's at least an option to look into anyway.

Here is an example of what I'm talking about:

My mom has one. I simply can't do it with my legs. Too weak. I have very
little muscle left in my legs because of the bad veins. Don't have a table
I could use it on at home for the arms. Have tried to do hers for my arms,
but it doesn't really seem to do much of anything for me. Except strain my
back.
