And no, I don't get a commission. I don't concur with
everything on that blog but it certainly has some
interesting and credible info.

I took niacin before I was pregnant. Brought my cholesterol right down, but
then so did quitting smoking. If anything that brought it down the most. I
had to quit taking the niacin while I was pregnant because of the flushing
it caused. I found that I had to eat a ton of food at the time I took the
niacin or I would get the painful flushing.
