What you are suggesting is precisely what I am planning to do, Will,
namely: continue my diet and exercise program. Dropping another 10 lbs.
down to a weight of 135 lbs. might also assist me in reaching my goal.
Good wishes,
Nixi

I agree. About two years ago, I tried just about every herb combination
of herbs I could think of that supposedly were of benefit to diabetics.
In the end, I concluded that they were for the most part a complete
waste of money. The best thing to do is stick with diet, exercise, and
the meds your doctor prescribes.
Gymnema sylvestre was among the ones I tried. The results were
negligible.
