It's not that Loretta. I've narrowed my spike time down to 1 hour +/-
15 minutes. My carb load was actually fairly light yesterday and my
one high number was taken almost 3 hours after any food so I'm
convinced it was stress resulting from a stomach ache.

Also, by last night I was back to normal. Had 2 slices of very thin
crust pizza and a salad, worked out with weights for 20 minutes and my
number two hours later was 81. My fasting this morning was 79.
