| What did you say was a good TSH Reisa? I forgot. I am aiming to get that
to
| where I will have more strength and energy to move a bit more. Thanks

a good TSH level would be anything below 1. also remember the higher
(lower)
.9, .8., .7, etc... you go you "risk" flipping to a hypER state which can
cause
rapid weight loss, rapid heart beat, excessive sweating, etc.. many
reports/doctors
state so long as you're not having hypER symptoms then it's perfectly okay
for you
to continue to drop your TSH into a range where you no longer have hypO
symptoms.
One of the big ones being the ability to lose weight.

good to see you back and posting again.

Sounds to me I want to by hyper. I am all for quick weight loss. After our
last conversation I started taking a higher dose of the Synthroid in hopes
my hair would stop falling out and I would have more energy. Didn't work and
now out of the med and will have to pay full price for more. I just want to
feel good again Reisa. It has been such a long time. But I aim to make that
happen. I live in hope anyways.
