Although these numbers are good, they are not as good as the last blood
tests I took. Stress being the major factor in my overeating and
therefore having higher numbers.

fbg 104
cholesterol 155 up from 133
tris 148 up from 95, the products I ate were bakery items which cause
raised tris
hdl 50 down from 55
ldl 73 up from 54
homocystein about 9
chol/hdl ratio 3.1 up from 2.9
aic 5.8 and I believe that is the same

so although the numbers are more than satisfactory, they are not good
enough for me, Hopefully the stress is being eliminated and I am eating
better

time to cut out the crap which someohow didnt raise my sugar

Trigs/HDL is still just under 3.0, but you're right to try
