so although the numbers are more than satisfactory, they are not good
enough for me, Hopefully the stress is being eliminated and I am eating

Still pretty good all the same.
Trigs/HDL is still just under 3.0, but you're right to try
to improve that. I'm glad the stress is diminishing.
